"The amount of change in health-

Institutions are under pressure to deliver quality education with limited resources, rising demands, and the weight of time-honored professional standards. Modernization is urgent, but so is preserving what works.

Educators and practitioners are stretched thin from juggling clinical duties, teaching, research, mentorship, and administrative workload.

With growing expectations and poor working conditions, burnout is a persistent risk, causing many to leave their professions.

Students and trainees in the health professions face demanding workloads, long clinical hours, and emotional strain.

Many also navigate financial stress, family responsibilities, and limited access to mental health support.

The Result?

Reduced time and capacity for innovation, faculty development, and the kind of education that strengthens public trust and ultimately improves the lives and wellbeing of individuals, families, and communities.

These challenges are not new, but they are growing. The question isn’t if change is needed but how we make it a reality.
